بَابُ : إِعْلاَنِ النِّكَاحِ بِالصَّوْتِ وَضَرْبِ الدُّفِّ
النص العربي
أَخْبَرَنَا مُجَاهِدُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَلْجٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "
فَصْلُ مَا بَيْنَ الْحَلَالِ وَالْحَرَامِ الدُّفُّ ، وَالصَّوْتُ فِي النِّكَاحِ
" .
