بَابُ : الرُّخْصَةِ فِي ذَلِكَ
النص العربي
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "
الْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلَاثًا ، لَيْسَ لَهَا سُكْنَى ، وَلَا نَفَقَةٌ
" .
