Chapter 27
بَابُ : فِي الْمُخَيَّرَةِ تَخْتَارُ زَوْجَهَا
النص العربي
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ صُدْرَانَ ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَشْعَثُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ , عَنْ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : "
قَدْ خَيَّرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نِسَاءَهُ ، فَلَمْ يَكُنْ طَلَاقًا
" .
