بَابُ : تَعْظِيمِ الدَّمِ

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا وَائِلٍ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : "
أَوَّلُ مَا يُحْكَمُ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فِي الدِّمَاءِ
" .
