بَابُ : مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ
النص العربي
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمٌ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : "
مَنْ قَاتَلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَقُتِلَ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
" .
