بَابُ : بَيْعِ الْمُنَابَذَةِ
النص العربي
أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ , عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ , عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ , عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ , قَالَ : "
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ عَنِ الْمُلَامَسَةِ , وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ
" .
