بَابُ : بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا بِخَرْصِهَا تَمْرًا
النص العربي
حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ , عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ , عَنْ نَافِعٍ , عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ , أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "
رَخَّصَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرِيَّةِ بِخِرْصِهَا تَمْرًا
" .
