Chapter 8
بَابُ : الْقَدْرِ الَّذِي إِذَا سَرَقَهُ السَّارِقُ قُطِعَتْ يَدُهُ

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : "
قَطَعَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ فِي مِجَنٍّ قِيمَتُهُ خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ
