Abu Dawud · 1723لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ مُسْلِمَةٍ تُسَافِرُ مَسِيرَةَ لَيْلَةٍ إِلَّا وَمَعَهَا رَجُلٌ ذُو حُرْمَةٍ مِنْهَاAbu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ as saying: A muslim woman must not make a journey of a night unless she is accompanied by a man who is within the prohibited degrees.5 narratorsAbu Dawud · 1724لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ تُسَافِرَ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةًAbu Hurairah reported the Prophet ﷺ as saying: A woman who believes in Allah and the last Day must not make a journey of a day and a night. He then narrated the rest of the tradition to the same effect (as above).
