Chapter 23

(23) Chapter. The description of the Prophet (p.b.u.h).

23- بَابُ صِفَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

English narration

Narrated by أبو هريرة الدوسي

The Prophet (ﷺ) never criticized any food (presented him), but he would eat it if he liked it; otherwise, he would leave it (without expressing his dislike).

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : "

مَا عَابَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ طَعَامًا قَطُّ إِنِ اشْتَهَاهُ أَكَلَهُ ، وَإِلَّا تَرَكَهُ

" .
