(15) Chapter. The merits of Sad bin Abi Waqqas Az-Zuhri.
15- بَابُ مَنَاقِبُ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ الزُّهْرِيِّ
English narration
Narrated by سعد بن أبي وقاص الزهري
On the day of the battle of Uhud the Prophet (ﷺ) mentioned for me both his parents (i.e. saying, "Let my parents be sacrificed for you.").

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سَعْدًا ، يَقُولُ : "
جَمَعَ لِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبَوَيْهِ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ
" .
