كِتَاب تَفْسِيرِ الْقُرْآنِ

Chapter 51

(51) Chapter. “...Then take a notice of war from Allah and His Messenger...” (V.2:279)

51- بَابُ: {فَأْذَنُوا بِحَرْبٍ} فَاعْلَمُوا:

English narration

Narrated by عائشة بنت أبي بكر الصديق

When the last Verses of Surat-al-Baqara were revealed, Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) stood up and recited them before us and then prohibited the trade of alcoholic liquors.

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ , حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ , حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ , عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ , عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : "

لَمَّا أُنْزِلَتِ الْآيَاتُ مِنْ آخِرِ سُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ قَرَأَهُنَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْهِمْ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ وَحَرَّمَ التِّجَارَةَ فِي الْخَمْرِ

" .
