Chapter 117

(117) Chapter. The permission taken by a woman from her husband to go to the mosque.

117- بَابُ اسْتِئْذَانِ الْمَرْأَةِ زَوْجَهَا فِي الْخُرُوجِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ وَغَيْرِهِ:

English narration

Narrated by عبد الله بن عمر العدوي

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If the wife of anyone of you asks permission to go to the mosque, he should not forbid her."

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "

إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَتِ امْرَأَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ فَلَا يَمْنَعْهَا

" .
