أَبْوَابُ صِفَةِ الصَّلَاةِ

Chapter 166

(166) Chapter. A woman shall ask her husband’s permission (on wishing) to go to the mosque.

166- بَابُ اسْتِئْذَانِ الْمَرْأَةِ زَوْجَهَا بِالْخُرُوجِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ:

English narration

Narrated by عبد الله بن عمر العدوي

My father said, "The Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'If the wife of any one of you asks permission (to go to the mosque) do not forbid her."

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "

إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَتِ امْرَأَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ فَلَا يَمْنَعْهَا

" .
