Chapter 24
(24) Chapter. To drink water from the mouth of a water-skin.
24- بَابُ الشُّرْبِ مِنْ فَمِ السِّقَاءِ:
English narration
Narrated by عبد الله بن العباس القرشي
The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the drinking of water direct from the mouth of a water-skin.
النص العربي
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، قَالَ : "
نَهَى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الشُّرْبِ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ
" .
