2- بَابُ عَرْضِ الشُّفْعَةِ عَلَى صَاحِبِهَا قَبْلَ الْبَيْعِ:

(2) Chapter. The partner should inform his partner, who has the right of pre-emption, of his intention to sell his share before selling it.
