8- بَابُ إِذَا قَضَى دُونَ حَقِّهِ أَوْ حَلَّلَهُ فَهْوَ جَائِزٌ:

(8) Chapter. If somebody repays less than what he owes, (and the creditor accepts it) or if the creditor exempt the debtor from paying (there is no objection).
