21- بَابُ إِذَا وَهَبَ دَيْنًا عَلَى رَجُلٍ:

(21) Chapter. If a creditor gives the debt, due to him, as a gift.

Bukhari · 2601حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ ، وَقَالَ اللَّيْثُ : حَدَّثَنِي يُونُسُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ كَعْبِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنَّ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبMy father was martyred on the day (of the battle) of Uhud and his creditors demanded the debt back in a harsh manner.
