19- بَابُ سُؤَالِ الْحَاكِمِ الْمُدَّعِيَ هَلْ لَكَ بَيِّنَةٌ قَبْلَ الْيَمِينِ:
(19) Chapter. The question of the judge to the plaintiff, “Have you a proof?” before asking the defendant to take an oath.
