21- بَابُ إِذَا ادَّعَى أَوْ قَذَفَ فَلَهُ أَنْ يَلْتَمِسَ الْبَيِّنَةَ، وَيَنْطَلِقَ لِطَلَبِ الْبَيِّنَةِ:

(21) Chapter. If someone claims something or accuses somebody of illegal sexual intercourse, he should search for the proof and he is to be given respite to get evidence.
