12- بَابُ إِذَا أَشَارَ الإِمَامُ بِالصُّلْحِ فَأَبَى حَكَمَ عَلَيْهِ بِالْحُكْمِ الْبَيِّنِ:

(12) Chapter. If the Imam (i.e., ruler) suggests a (re)conciliation but the defendant refuses it, he is to be judged by the evident valid law.
