4- بَابُ إِذَا اشْتَرَطَ الْبَائِعُ ظَهْرَ الدَّابَّةِ إِلَى مَكَانٍ مُسَمًّى جَازَ:

(4) Chapter. It is permissible for the seller to stipulate that he should ride the (sold) animal up to a certain place.
