12- بَابُ الْمُوَادَعَةِ وَالْمُصَالَحَةِ مَعَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ بِالْمَالِ وَغَيْرِهِ، وَإِثْمِ مَنْ لَمْ يَفِ بِالْعَهْدِ:

(12) Chapter. Making peace with Al-Mushrikun (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, and disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah and in His Messenger Muhammad (p.b.u.h)) and the reconciliation with them by means of money or other means, and the sin of the person who does not fulfil the terms of the treaty.
