26- بَابُ جَنِينِ الْمَرْأَةِ وَأَنَّ الْعَقْلَ عَلَى الْوَالِدِ وَعَصَبَةِ الْوَالِدِ لاَ عَلَى الْوَلَدِ:
(26) Chapter. The foetus of a woman. The Diya for the killed one is to be collected from the father of the killer and his Asaba (near realtives from the father’s side) but not from the killer’s children.
