30- بَابُ إِثْمِ مَنْ قَتَلَ ذِمِّيًّا بِغَيْرِ جُرْمٍ:

(30) Chapter. The sin of a person who killed an innocent Dhimi (a non-Muslim living in a Muslim state and enjoying the protection of Muslims).
