3- بَابٌ في الزَّكَاةِ وَأَنْ لاَ يُفَرَّقَ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ، وَلاَ يُجْمَعَ بَيْنَ مُتَفَرِّقٍ، خَشْيَةَ الصَّدَقَةِ:
(3) Chapter. (Tricks) in Zakat and (the order that) one should neither divide property into various portions nor collected various portions together in order to avoid Zakat.
