11- بَابٌ في تَرْكِ الْحِيَلِ وَأَنَّ لِكُلِّ امْرِئٍ مَا نَوَى فِي الأَيْمَانِ وَغَيْرِهَا:(1) Chapter. Avoiding the use of tricks. And everybody will get (the reward) according to his intention in taking oaths and other things.22- بَابٌ في الصَّلاَةِ:(2) Chapter. (Tricks) in As-Salat (the prayer).33- بَابٌ في الزَّكَاةِ وَأَنْ لاَ يُفَرَّقَ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ، وَلاَ يُجْمَعَ بَيْنَ مُتَفَرِّقٍ، خَشْيَةَ الصَّدَقَةِ:(3) Chapter. (Tricks) in Zakat and (the order that) one should neither divide property into various portions nor collected various portions together in order to avoid Zakat.44- بَابُ الْحِيلَةِ فِي النِّكَاحِ:(4) Chapter. Tricks in marriages.55- بَابُ مَا يُكْرَهُ مِنَ الاِحْتِيَالِ فِي الْبُيُوعِ:(5) Chapter. What tricks are disliked in bargains.66- بَابُ مَا يُكْرَهُ مِنَ التَّنَاجُشِ:(6) Chapter. What is hated as regards At-Tanajush.77- بَابُ مَا يُنْهَى مِنَ الْخِدَاعِ فِي الْبُيُوعِ:(7) Chapter. What is forbidden as regards Cheating in bargains.88- بَابُ مَا يُنْهَى مِنَ الاِحْتِيَالِ لِلْوَلِيِّ فِي الْيَتِيمَةِ الْمَرْغُوبَةِ، وَأَنْ لاَ يُكَمِّلَ صَدَاقَهَا:(8) Chapter. What is forbidden as regards the playing of tricks by the guardian of an attractive orphan-girl, and he does not pay her, her full Mahr.99- بَابُ إِذَا غَصَبَ جَارِيَةً فَزَعَمَ أَنَّهَا مَاتَتْ:(9) Chapter. If somebody kidnaps a slave-girl and then claims that she is dead.1010- بَابٌ:(10) Chapter.1111- بَابٌ في النِّكَاحِ:(11) Chapter. (To play tricks) in marriage.1212- بَابُ مَا يُكْرَهُ مِنِ احْتِيَالِ الْمَرْأَةِ مَعَ الزَّوْجِ وَالضَّرَائِرِ:(12) Chapter. What is hated regarding the trick by a woman with her husband and the other wives of her husband and what was revealed to the Prophet in this respect.1313- بَابُ مَا يُكْرَهُ مِنَ الاِحْتِيَالِ فِي الْفِرَارِ مِنَ الطَّاعُونِ:(13) Chapter. What is hated as regards playing tricks to run from the disease of plague.1414- بَابٌ في الْهِبَةِ وَالشُّفْعَةِ:(14) Chapter. (Tricks play in case of) gift-giving and pre-emption.1515- بَابُ احْتِيَالِ الْعَامِلِ لِيُهْدَى لَهُ:(15) Chapter. The playing tricks by an official person in order to obtain presents.

Bukhari · 6953يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّمَا الْأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّةِ ، وَإِنَّمَا لِامْرِئٍ مَا نَوَى ، فَمَنْ كَانَتْ هِجْرَتُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ فَهِجْرَتُهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ، وَمَنْ هَاجَرَ إِلَى دُنْيَا يُصِيبThe Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'O people! The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions, and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. Tell me what Allah has enjoined on me as regards prayers." I asked Nafi', "What is the Shighar?"
