بَابُ : لاَ يَخْطُبِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، وَسَهْلُ بْنُ أَبِي سَهْلٍ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "
لَا يَخْطُبِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ
" .
