بَابُ : لاَ يَخْطُبِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَكِيمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "
لَا يَخْطُبِ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ
" .
