She came to the Prophet ﷺ. He commanded her to take a bath for every prayer. Then when he finished, he said: Perhaps you recite behi6 narratorsAbu Dawud · 947نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الِاخْتِصَارِ فِي الصَّلَاةِAbu Hurairah said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade putting hands on the waist during prayer.
