بَابُ : مَنْ حَلَفَ فَاسْتَثْنَى
النص العربي
أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَبَّانُ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ , عَنْ نَافِعٍ , عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : "
مَنْ حَلَفَ فَاسْتَثْنَى , فَإِنْ شَاءَ مَضَى , وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَ غَيْرَ حَنِثٍ
" .
