بَابُ : تَعْظِيمِ قَتْلِ الْمُعَاهِدِ

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ ، عَنْ عُيَيْنَةَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي ، قَالَ : قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرَةَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "
مَنْ قَتَلَ مُعَاهِدًا فِي غَيْرِ كُنْهِهِ حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ
" .
