5- بَابُ لاَ يُحْلَفُ بِاللاَّتِ وَالْعُزَّى وَلاَ بِالطَّوَاغِيتِ:

(5) Chapter. One should not swear by Al-Lat and Al-Uzza (idols which used to be worshipped in the Pre-Islamic Period of Ignorance in Hijaz) or by any kind of false deities.

'By Al-Lat and Al-`Uzza,' should say, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah; and whoever says to his friend, 'Come, let me gamble with you,' should give 6 narrators
